The most popular camp is the SUMMER CAMP!  Check out some of the planned activities this year:

Log Rolling:  Key Log Rolling is a low impact activity with high rewards for all ages and sizes.  Stepping back and forth on a spinning Key Log improves balance, footwork, core strength, and cardiovascular endurance.  Kids realize very quickly that falling into the water is half the fun!  This makes it a fun way to turn disappointment into determination and provide endless hours of fun and accomplishment.  This will give your child a new found sense of self-esteem and confidence.

Swim Team:
The team environment is a perfect way to teach children how to work together for a common goal.  Our swim team activities will develop stroke technique, physical endurance, build positive characteristics that are associated with high confidence.

Water Polo:  Athletic teams are are beneficial to the development of social skills, realizing the value of hard work, health and building self-esteem.  Water polo is a great way to improve hand-eye coordination, physical conditioning, communication and teamwork.  Your child will learn the basic skills and rules, while improving their personal development.

Please fill out the REGISTRATION PACKET at least 7 days prior to the start of camp.  You can mail it to Debbie Kelo at 5050 Ridgedale Parkway, Richmond, VA 23234 or email to debbie.kelo@swimrichmond.org
